Robertson Conveyancing was established in July 2003 by Elissa Robertson, and was one of the first firms to be PEXA Accredited.
As a Licensed Conveyancer with 30 years experience, a Certified Practising Conveyancer with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victorian Division) and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Elissa also has an Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice and a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing).

Elissa is the principal and founder of Robertson Conveyancing.
With over three decades of hands-on experience and a solid background in study qualifications, I take immense pride in what my team and I have built. Over the past 20 years, I’ve been at the helm of my conveyancing business.
Being an early adopter of PEXA, the electronic workspace that revolutionized the property and conveyancing industry, has been a significant part of my journey. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of serving on the committee for the Australian Institute of Conveyancers’ Victorian Division, not just once, but twice.
My passion for this work and industry drives me to make conveyancing a seamless experience for our clients.
Carolyn
Carolyn has worked in the legal industry for over 30 years in many different areas of law, concentrating on conveyancing in the last 10. She likes helping clients through the conveyancing process and aims to make the process less stressful.
Outside of work Carolyn likes to spend time with family & friends and is always planning her next getaway.
Janine
Janine who has lived and raised a family in the Cheltenham area has come to us with more than 35 years experience as a conveyancer in both legal and conveyancing settings. Janine can assist you with all property transactions and provide friendly support with what can seem like an overwhelming experience.
Outside of work Janine enjoys spending time with family and friends. Janine also enjoys playing netball, bowls and camping in the great outdoors.
Elena
Elena has worked in the Conveyancing industry for over 7 years. Elena understands that buying or selling your property can be stressful and will be with you every step of the way to ensure that your settlement is completed smoothly.
Outside of work Elena is kept busy by her 4 year old son and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
